Double Barrel Shotgun

Originally belonging to Keeper Richards this was his primary firearm following the loss of his right hand. It's simple double barrel design allowed Richards to load and reload the weapon relatively quickly utilizing his prosthetic right hand while firing the weapon easily enough with the left hand.

The shells themselves are the standard Bird Shot or Buckshot depending on user's preference but can be loaded with more exotic weapons such as Dragon's Breath, Fletchette, Explosives, Armor Piercing Steel Slugs, etc.

As for the weapon's blessings the melee attachment can cut through just about anything and does not require to be cleaned or freshly stoned to maintain it's sharpness while the weapon itself is capable of emitting a blinding light to ward off enemies. This has been proven quite useful when reloading the weapon's sadly mediocre two shell limit.

Following the death of Keeper Richards his successor received the worn and bloody weapon along with the M14 Sniper Rifle and the Police Positive Revolver.
