Sergeant William "Frankenstein" Franks

Son to Rear Admiral Amelia Franks and an unknown Father Sergeant Franks was born within the confines of the Sandoval Anchorage before spending the next four years of his life aboard the Science Vessel Fleming. When the war began Sergeant Franks was sent to live with his Maternal Grandparents on the Garden World of Meridian until said world was conquered ten years later.

Following the planet's liberation Sergeant Franks was recruited by the Guardians to serve initially as a frontline soldier before being handpicked by Special Operations.
